Time for training

Updated: Aug 2, 2019

I want to talk for a minute about the need to continue to train even after you have completed a course and received your concealed carry license. Like most things in life, the proper and safe use of a firearm requires constant practice to become proficient. You don't want to have to be thinking about stance, aim, or grip in the heat of a violent encounter. Hopefully you never have to use your firearm in self-defense, but if you do, you want to be confident that you have prepared yourself to the best of your ability. So think about practice time, the need to stay current on changes to the law, and understanding the safe operation of your firearm. If you take the time to train, you will be better prepared if the need arises.
